AdjunctSuccess.net: Frequently Asked Questions

 

Like any technology-based resource, AdjunctSuccess.net requires a brief period of adaptation. The information below is provided to help expedite that process.

 

1. I have not received any correspondence from AdjunctSuccess.net. What should I do?

 

If your membership is being sponsored by a college or university, contact the person who has corresponded with you about enrolling in AdjunctSuccess.net. Ask if your name appears on the membership roster that was submitted. If so, double check that the e-mail address for you on the roster is 100% correct. If no error was found, the problem is most likely that your Internet Service Provider or your spam filter is blocking receipt of e-mail from AdjunctSuccess.net. In the first case, add any e-mail address that ends with @adjunctsuccess.net to your “safe sender list.” In the second, modify your spam filter setting. Afterwards, test the solution by e-mailing lyons@adjunctsuccess.net and request a reply.

 

2. I do not have/cannot find my password. How do I retrieve it?

 

Go the Members Login box [lower left corner] at www.adjunctsuccess.net. Click on the “lost my password” link. Enter your username, which is your e-mail address that was submitted on the membership roster. If your sponsoring college or university issued you an institutional e-mail address, it is most likely your AdjunctSuccess.net username.

 

3. How do I attend an AdjunctSuccess.net webinar?

 

To attend a webinar, go to our home page at www.adjunctsuccess.net. In the bottom left corner, you will see a Members Login section. Enter your username and password exactly as they appear on the welcome e-mail that you received.

 

On the landing page, you will be asked “What would you like to do?” Select from: 1. Attend a webinar, 2. Review the online resources, or 3. Access the printable resources.

 

If you click on “attend a webinar,” the landing page will display the schedule that you saw in the monthly newsletter [minus those already delivered]. Use the navigation buttons on the left to familiarize yourself with the WebEx functions. If the scheduled starting time of the webinar is within 10 minutes, you may proceed to join that session.

 

4. How do I access the AdjunctSuccess.net printable or online resources?

 

Go to our home page at www.adjunctsuccess.net. In the bottom left corner, you will see a Members Login section. Enter your username and password exactly as they appear on the welcome e-mail that you received. If you select “review the online resources” or “access the printable resources”, the landing page will display those items with your click.

 

5. When I click on the “attend a webinar” link, a problem occurs that I cannot resolve. What do I do?

 

Contact the WebEx help desk, at 1.866.229.3239.

 

6. I missed attending a particular webinar, and need the information right away. What can I do?

 

Request access to an archived recording of a Webinar, by sending an e-mail to lyons@adjunctsuccess.net that provides the exact title of the topic. You will receive a reply with a link to the recording within 24 hours.
